DELIGHTful mail art from Valentine Mark Herman, revive my memories of Constantinople in March!
A small vintage map of Constantinople and a few Turkiye Cumhuriyeti stamps reignite pleasant memories of recent visit with old friends in Istanbul this past March. Here in greece it is know as "The City" = Η ΠΟΛΗ
Another fine Turkish stamp is attached on the address side of the card. Val is a leader at Postal History Boutique and a collector of many, many, many fascinating stamps!
But it is Val's great sense of humor that has me smiling....and wanting to taste, some of this Turkish Delight!
