an amazing envelope, which I cut open to show the entire design,

all these cats/tiger cats are hand colored no photocopy here:

So the envelope is the ART!

And inside was this fun "filler":

so we can focus on the art-of-the-envelope.

The "eclipstick" is "useless" as it would be dangerous to look directly at the sun

with this small black circle, the edges of sunlight would burn out the eyes...careful!

Better to watch real sun eclipses by looking at the "circles of confusion" on the ground

that the sun rays create as they pass through the leaves of the trees:

When there is an eclipse the circles will become crescents or slivers of light only...

the above "crescents" light patterns were made during a partial eclipse, in Greece,29 March 2006,

('will watch for it again on 25 October 2022 :-)
