They probably experimented by putting implants in would be-RK, then triggered them to fling themselves into oncoming traffic. testing the Manchurian Candidate programming and how far they could take it. I think the RK need foil beanies to jam the waves.

So it APPEARS they have allergies. So they take all this allergy medicine. But the medicine is really these nano things that keep re-programing the tracking devices. The pharmaceutical companies are involved in this big time. And now it appears the pet food companies, which leads us back to ROADKILL.
