Beautiful BLUES and owls, too, from Toni Hanner

Lovely BLUE ribbon inside a handmade envelope:

Then a lovely card was inside the envelope, regally BLUE:

and a baggie with  OWLS!

Me thinks the owls here were designed by the same one who did "my owls" 

that I have from a cover of a sketch pad?
