Yes, this delightful piece was created by Alicia using scraps from her desk that she "couldn't quite throw away."  We have had a back-and-forth about how we keep our desks, and I understand exactly what she means.  You have a unique and elegant style, Alicia, even when working with the very few pieces you couldn't bring yourself to throw away.  I love this and also treasure what it represents:  the love of scraps that appear to have no place, yet they usually do.  The other side with Alicia's message follows:
