a small retrospective from Nadine Wendell Mojica

I sometimes think about to bog a gallery of some artists, cause over the years or is it only month? you shake hand to a great row of mailart pieces of a friend and sometimes I think they have to be shown all together. one of those friends is Nadine, and by the mailarthandshakes you often look in a face of some of her great charcaters.  This time there came a small exhibition in one envelope. Great! thank you Nadine, once upon a time I will have to hang them all in a row! Keep on inking!

Wow --the deep roots piece is powerful. I know Nadine's characters are usually humorous and ironic, but this one really conjures up images of pagan rituals, goddess worship, and renaissance fairs. They are so serious in their matchy matchy outfits. Great blog!
