Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: Sorry for my bad English.
Commissioner and set designer of a major exhibition of Mail Art with the national postal Museum, I really discovered this art form on this occasion. I knew the works of great artists, Victor Hugo, Cézanne, Picasso, Matisse and many others, were sending painted letters. I'm not a great artist but I find in this activity the way to exchange with other parts which, I hope, will give them as much fun as I have to. Today, owner of a gallery of Contemporary Art, I try to discover this Art to the public and to give "artists mail" an opportunity to show their work to a wider audience. This in the context of exhibitions which are "not for sale". This, every year, more fun.
Commissaire et scénographe d'une importante exposition de Mail Art avec le musée national de la poste, j'ai vraiment découvert cette forme d'art à cette occasion. Je connaissait les œuvres de grands artistes, Victor Hugo, Cézanne, Picasso, Matisse et bien d'autres, envoyaient des lettres peintes. Je ne suis pas un grand artiste mais je trouve dans cette activité le moyen d'échanger avec d'autres des pièces qui, je l'espère, leur donneront autant de plaisir que j'ai à les faire. Aujourd'hui, propriétaire d'une galerie d'Art Contemporain, j'essaye de faire découvrir au public cet Art et de donner à des "mail artistes" l'occasion de montrer leur travail à un plus large public. Ceci dans le cadre d'expositions qui sont "pas à vendre". Ceci avec, chaque année, plus de plaisir.

Nouvelle exposition de Mail Art en préparation

After the SIRENS in June 2014 LELAB Gallery will present a new exhibition of MAIL ART; The theme will be: "through my window". The details of the call for papers in a few weeks.

At this time in the Gallery an exhibition of 13 women artists, entitled "the In-demonstrable". They outline what they would never dare show. Efter SIRENER i juni 2014 vil LELAB galleriet præsentere en ny udstilling af MAIL ART; Temaet vil være: "gennem mit vindue". Detaljer af indkaldelsen af papirer i et par uger.
