Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
I got a penpal when I was in Middle Schoool, she was from Russia. We would trade stickers, currency (coins, banknotes) postcards, candy and stuff from our Country. We'd write each other letters at least twice a month. I love getting snail mail from others and meeting others from around the world.

Hi Donna--Picked up your  wonderful mail art today. Like your creative use of stickers and the  Spring-like color scheme. Thank you for sending it. A member of my book art group is also from Alaska and said that mail art helped her survive the winters in Alaska :)

Donna--Welcome to this unique community of mail artists. Have fun!

On my last trip to Alaska I visited the Kenai peninsula with my husband and enjoyed a boat ride on Resurrection Bay. It is a special place on our planet. I'll send snail mail art to you soon. View my mail art blog    http://decordisart.blogspot.com/

PS: My IUOMA avatar is a life mask of me as Gaia, Earth Goddess. I used seed pods, snakeskin, feathers, bone animals and semi-precious stones, as well as other decorative items.

Donna, I´m neither a penpal nor russian but a heavenly scribe. This is a friendly welcome to The Eternal Network from a celestial mail artist born and raised in a heavenly corner of the faraway universe called Republik van Patland.  A perfect start here is mail-art exchange. I would love to be the other end when you decide it’s the right time for you to start trading art. If that’s the case at the time, your envelope should read as follows:

The Celestial Scribe
Caixa Postal 24827
Curitiba-PR
80510-970
Brazil

II look forward to see your piece in my terrene mailbox.  Yes! I will do my homework after receiving yours.  This is nothing less than a celestial promise.  I’m Patricio, Celestial Scribe & Envelope Provider.
