spoon bridge envelope

This is the envelope before I sprayed a clear coat over it. It had to stay outside overnight to get the smell off of it, and it rained before I woke up the next morning. Amazingly enough, the clear coat protected it extremely well. I only had to dry it off, touch up the marker and put a stamp on it.

Comment by Minneapolis Gnome on December 5, 2014 at 4:21pm: I used a spray can of clear matte polyurethane by Krylon. It never messes up my watercolors. Of course I probably won't be clear coating anything I make now until May. My partner really objects to the smell so I don't even do it in the basement, and the weather just isn't amenable in the winter to leaving anything outside. Thanks for the compliment!
