This fall, Philadelphia is having their first show of VINTAGE postcards since 1987. BUT it seems a good idea to also invite mail artists to take part. SO we invite mail art in postcard format, and we will exhibit the works at the Philadelphia Postcard Show and Sale, Oct. 9, 2021. Full details are in the image on this page.
