For the other half of the bunny:

* cut into chunks (leave on bone)

* fry lightly in olive oil

* take out of pan, fry lightly in the juice and oil a big sliced onion, a diced pepper, and a couple of sliced shallots

* add the rabbit, plus pepper, paprika and mixed herbes (herbes de provence)

* cover with red wine (drink whatever red wine is left) and a bit of chicken stock

* cokk slowly for a couple of hours

 * add a dash of brandy/cognac bfeore serving

* eat (it's good with mashed potatoes)

I love these comments! I knew that sign had staying power.

Our last dog found the hippo...but the hippo did not put an end to our last dog. I actually tried to upload photos of me, but the IUOMA wouldn't accept them. They accepted the hippo. Make of that what you will!
