"OC" as part of the filename means that only an outcoloring mode was changed. Outcoloring is one of the switches in xaos.

Comment by Ficus strangulensis on February 24, 2014 at 12:34am: Ok. I'm learning to view the contents of the "xpf" configuration files that xaos saves when you do "File/save". I have saved some along with images to compare what info is used by the program with the visual results. I hope this will become the basis of experiments with new formulas leading to even more intriguing results.
