The roll stickers are also cool.

I found those envelopes in a tiny shop and I got the last pack, all dusty and dirty!! So there are no more of those left! So sorry I can't get you a pack, Kim!

vizma, I received your wonderful leaflet and Australian stamps today.
Thank you very, very much!
I sent many letters to my friends when I lived in Sydney, but I didn't keep Australian stamps for myself at that time.
I'm so glad to have some thanks to you.

And would you do me a favor?
If possible, can you send me some yellow airmail envelopes?
I've never seen this beautiful airmail envelope before.
Only white envelopes were being sold when I was in Sydney almost 22 years ago.
If you don't mind, please~, please~! :)
I'll send you some Mark's wahis and beautiful MIDORI's airmail envelopes instead.

Yippee! We've ALL been shopping!! Washi books, wow! I want some!!

Ha ha, I just bought myself about 10 more rolls last night, despite concluding last week that I had enough washi now! Ha ha! What a fool I am!! Sooo nice to see your new ones, Claire! I haven't seen ANY of those before! I neeeeed the trinket box design AND the timber parquetry design AND those buildings!! (Are they washi factories??) Yes, I think the addicts need to go to the source, grand idea Claire! A washi retreat sounds fab, we'll be VIPs for sure!! I'm free to go to Japan in April!! Anyone else wanna meet me there for some washi-mania? ?? :-D

So, maybe we should take an addicts retreat & all meet up for a trip to the Factory...

At some point I'll post shots of an MT book I have in which all of the samples of the tape designs are actual pieces of tape! Tres cool!

I bought it in Japan 7 years ago.

I've never been to the mt factory.

Yes, I often go to Japan.
I've been there 13 times so far.

Mark's wahis are so cool, too!

My favorite brands of wahis are mt, Mark's, classiky, Aimez le style(Milk Cap washi), Cavallini and so on.

Oh, I had a washi attack on the weekend...here's the before and after-

My new address book, made in Italy, but a bit square with the florals. It definitely feels nicer covered in washi!!

Yep, that's my drawer of tapes! And there are 2 Moomin washis there! The hot pink heads and the one in the centre, under the white pins, which is like a comic. Very funny to read, they were both gifted from Japan. Ebay has the cheapest washis I've ever seen, and usually with free postage! Not fabulous quality, but still fun! The black cats on orange were about $2!!

Carina! I just bought that By air mail tape!! And that stripy cat is gorgeous!!

Kim, what is Mark's washis? Is he your husband? Ha ha ha!!!
