Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: I'm involved in mail art, partially to continue in the amazing tradition of art correspondence which I heavily associate with the greatly admired Ray Johnson. And partially because I am fascinated by the postal system and it's history and feel fortunate to be able to use it.
But mostly because I have a strong compulsion to make, and the more I make, the more I want to share those made things and packages I love to curate, with the hope of adding something pleasantly unexpected, and maybe inspiring, to someone(s) day! It's also a great joy for me to receive something excitingly mysterious through the mail!
