Got your fab' envelope a few days ago. I'm slow in thanking at the moment, sorry. It's wonderful. I haven't opened it. Not sure if I should as it's so ART in it's own right. Thanks Vicky, dictionaries are a wonderful thing, I have lots of them!
The book I treasure most is Tongues of Humanity (French edition by Michel Malherbe): basic vocabulary in 3000 languages all over the world.
It is in this book I got the idea for FRIOUR EDITIONS (Friour is the word PEACE in Icelandic, close to the German word FRIEDEN) and so on und so weither etcetera enzovoort
