I just read your comments about watercolor on your site. I identify with the unforgiving, detailed planning nature as my reluctance to even try it. Now that I'm older, there's something alluring about it has caused me to start acquiring watercolor materials (a task I'm still researching).
Printmaking is a much more familiar process with me. I especially like your linocut, "Portrait of the Artist at Peace".
Incidentally, I moved to Deadwood from Austin not long after moving back there from St. Louis stating, "I'll never live north of the Red River again." I reneged on that vow just one year later. Such is being intuitive about life and accepting prompts and inspiration as they come to you.
