Earthling, this is the last but certainly not the least welcome message to IUOMA you receive. I’m a celestial mail artist living in a heavenly corner of the faraway universe called Republik van Patland. When you joined IUOMA on April 08 I was unable to welcome you on board.  At the time I was in a Celestial Journey far beyond the Milky Way. Now, back to planet Earth, I´d love to be the other end if you wish to trade mail art with a celestial mail artist. If this is the case at the time your envelope should read as follows:

    The Celestial Scribe

    Terrene Embassy

    Republik van Patland

    Caixa Postal 24827

    Curitiba-PR

    80510-970

    Brazil

I look forward to see a piece of yours in our terrene mailbox. I´ll do my homework after receiving your artwork. This is nothing less than a Celestial Promise. I’m Patricio, Celestial Scribe & Republik van Patland Official Envelope Provider.

Thank you for your 'Wet Paint' mail art. It has been added to my IUOMA photo stream and will be blogged soon at http://decordisart.blogspot.com/

Mail art will be coming your way within the next 4-6 weeks.

Nice to reconnect with a relocated BABA!

"Nice to connect again. I'm new to Mail Art, and being in a new home makes going to the mail box much more interesting!! -Karen"

There is no such thing as new to mail art.  There are just mail artists!

  • Jenny Davis

Hi Karen . I will send something in the post shortly.

  • Patricio - The Celestial Scribe

"There is no such thing as new to mail art.  There are just mail artists!" The ancient mail art of the new to mail art arrived in good shape to the celestial land. Tha ball is in my court now.  I´ll do homework, the celestial promise.  I´ll keep you posted.  Thank you.

Hi Karen--Star Spangled Banner to you!

Would you be interested in adding to an 'Add&Pass' started by KS Chambers???

  • Molly Lemon

Your mail art arrived today! I love it, it's brilliant :) Love the fact it says 'Gluten-Free' on it as I was for much of this year! I hope you're well Karen, all the best, Molly

  • Carmela Rizzuto

Hi Karen--Glad that you and Elise enjoyed 'Mr. Cool' as I call him. I hope we get to see the finished product. I'm sure that Keith will post it if it gets back to him.

PS: The eco-printing process was fun-thanks for the comment. One is heading your way.

I just received your postcard, and I love, love, LOVE it.  The mouse is fantastic.  I think the general cuteness of mice is under appreciated.  Thank you for the art.

I'm sorry the bird piece didn't make it to you safely. You're right though, auto-sort is rough on fragile art. Oh, the price we pay to spread beauty ;)
