Bonsoir! I lived there from 1946-65, then left for University, and have never been back...except to visit my parents over the years, but my mother died in 2012 and I don't get back there anymore. BUT, after all this time, and living on the Continent since 1977, I still support Darlington FC, but NOt the 1883 reincarnation of the Quakers and Feethams.

Hi Alex,
Welcome to the Mail Art group. I too am from Darlington, but not over in Europe Darlington or UK... I'm Darlington in the state of Pennsylvania (USA) :) lol It's a tiny town and live out here in the country where the deer and sheep and cows live. lol :) Where we have temps below 0 right now and 4 inches of snow on the ground with a layer of ice on top... Hopefully Spring will be here in another 42 days. lol Again Welcome and nice to see another Darlingtonian amongst us.
