you should certainly hook up with Mr. Andy Hoang on this network...
he is in the UK & has much experience on the topic...

I will say - charge a submission fee & you may not get anything...
People will mail stuff if you ask them to - but the whole point of this network is to exchange or interact with one another...

It is artist expressing themselves to other artists - it is not about money...

And with so many art exhibitions requesting things that we do not have to pay for - why would we pay to be included?

You are totally welcome to try it - but i am pretty sure you will be disapointed

Maggie: I´m ready to help you but I don´t understand exactly what sort of help I may offer to you. The reason for my previous question is because I trade mail art and, in doing so, I expect to receive something before to send something back. That´s the way I understand mail art.

There are many mail art "calls" for submissions to exhibitions or galleries.
in fact - there are many on this network & the galleries will not mail art back...

However - I have never seen a submission fee....
