Postcrossing is a site that randomly generates an address for you to send a postcard to. Many people leave write-ups explaining what kind of postcard they do and do not want. After you have sent a few postcards and they have been received, you will start to receive postcards from people who got your address through the site.

Thank you, Karen, for the nice comment on "Winter Coming". Glad you liked it, IF winter comes and I leave my seaside shack...I have plans to be in Chicago and down at the Lions of the Art Institute by last week of September. Can you join the few of us mail artists there? Don't know the day yet, but me thinks Sept 28 noontime might be good.
I will keep you up-to-date..hope to see you,
and see you in the mail soon, too,
    Katerina

Thank you very much for your interest to watch my work
Carving in the linolaioum is the most easy and safe technique no acids
    and trouser press in general
in one of the videos shows how
but we can do here and lesson to show you the whole process it is sufficient material cutters inks paper rolls
pertain to the video is a sophisticated technology that bonds fascinating for me I wanted to know but it requires a lot of money for courses electronics and so leave them for OTHER
Besides, we left something behind we can not do everything in this life
AS I know, and we must do something that we like and we expressed more to have better results
I now deal more with these than with painting regardless of whether the people prefer it maybe because it does not know
    regards from kilkis

Hello and thanks for the introduction. I will get some things going this weekend and send them out at the start of the next. I don't really have anything to post because I mail everything out...I'll create some evidence soon enough.

    Thanks for the hello...
    jon
  • jon foster

Excellent, sure. My mail shall be teacher related...till then.
  • Litsa Spathi / NOBODY

Karen, thank you so much for your positive words about my visual poetry video.
I love letters and I love poetry... und I love to "marry" the two with each other... in an unusual way...
  • De Villo Sloan

Hi, burned at the stake for sure. I can appreciate that one. We just don't talk enough because I think you're like me and it's getting to be full time. I'll send you a copy of my book. I need to check out Litsa's other stuff too because I only have the one from Red Fox Press. Cut - someone needs to use the computer...
  • cheryl penn

I cant wait!! As I have just written - the waiting is driving me nuts!! Please look at my new album - tell me if you are keen on The Crimson Giant and The Tower of Babel and I will post tomorrow xx
  • cheryl penn

MAN! I get confused by where all the mails go - more esp where they wind up! The collaborative work I am speaking about is The Crimson Giant and The Tower of Babel - it is a limited edition (7) artist's book. We will swop 'chapters' of the book as mail art. I send you part one, you make part two - send me the original and make a copy for yourself, I reply with part three etc. Would love to do it with you!
  • cheryl penn

No problem - you will get the snail mail just me version!! It is only intended as a collaborative work IF the other artist wishes to collaborate - I will be sending them out anyway as they will also exist as books in their own right xx
  • mad madge

    Karen,
Thanks for your latest. I appreciate it. How do you get text on transparent plastic by the way?
I will send something when my head explodes from reading. Right now, I'm just keeping up.
    Peace,
    mad madge
  • mad madge

Is the text from rubber stamps? You may not remember at this point.
  • cheryl penn

Please see DVS blog on the book - re-think - yes, this is a nag!! You would be great! Hoping my post box sees your post this week!
  • cheryl penn

Sorry to PRESSURIZE you!!! But - thank you! I will post tomorrow x
  • cheryl penn

Hello and again - thanks for agreeing. I will be posting you the first section - with instructions today. I will send a general instruction just now (African time just now that is...!)
  • cheryl penn

Dear Karen - good morning! (Is it morning there I wonder??) I have uploaded a blog - Instructions for the Crimson Giant - I hope that clarifies stuff?? Please put your suggestions etc on the blog so that all participants can keep in touch. Have a superfluous day!
  • cheryl penn

Did you get my lengthy answer to your paper query - I cant find it!
  • cheryl penn

I hope you got my mail - it came in the inbox and then I cant find the reply?? Just in case - of COURSE you dont have to do this - its just for fun and being stressed over the book is NO good at all. My head is awry with other stuff so maybe there will be another book that suits you better later??? I am VERY glad we are corresponding anyway and I have already made you something else. Lots of love xx
  • Marie Wintzer

Got bad mail from you today, mixed with great stuff. To be honest I like the bad art quite a bit, but the "good" art was much gooder. I'll send something to you later in the week.
  • Marie Wintzer

Hmmmmmm, I can see above that you sent me something that looks great. I'm not going to open your blog post about it and read the rest, I want the surprise, so I'm trying very hard to leave this page. Very tempting though, arggggg....
