Following Jan's post here the other day, she let me know that my ink and wash tree inspired her to create something along similar lines. Which arrived here a day or so ago. An excellent rendition of her interpretation of spring trees in the Pacific Northwest. Thanks, Jan, great colors and excellent back runs!!

Thanks, Amy. I'm so enthralled with a box of paints I got recently on Amazon. They're made in Japan and used often in combination with black sumi ink. They're called Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi

I got the 24-color set, there are smaller ones, also. The colors are so vivid and similar to gouache but I think they're made somehow differently. Anyway,  I highly recommend them.
