And how do you decide if it is full?  

For Pam and others...when it is "full" , it is FULL :-)

This latest Add/Pass came full, full, both sides, and covered with wax!

But when in doubt,

sometimes I will add and return to who seems to be the starter,

if it isn't full, then that person can decide to send on or not.

Fast Eyes, Fleur sent this to me,

I have added to it, and now it is on its way elsewhere!

The holiday season kept me busy.

I just received my first add and pass.  Not quite sure what to do with it.  I added to and it's ready to send on.  I am hoping to find someone to receive it "nearby". NZ maybe?  It seems a shame to send it back to the US so soon. I think it should do a little tour my region first:

Thank. Returning the collage to Moscow would have had meaning if there was still free space on the paper sheet. I could complete the collage and send it to Brazil.
