Very cool that you were finally able to identify the piece and the artist, Nadia. :)

This piece by Guido Vermeulen was entitled, "HELL and HEAVEN were invented by Mother - aTribute to William Blake and Lynn Radford." I treasure it, as I do all of the pieces Guido sent me over the years, but with an additional fondness....

The painting in Guido's collage is by Gustave Moreau.

Blake' s Birthday(and mine, he's a bit older than me of course) Coming up on the 28th!!!!  Fine Books Magazine just came out with a CD-Rom of "Book of Urizen"-- but I'd rather have the book in my hands then read Blake on a "puter"  My guess is the the CD has all kinds of high tech "buzz's and whistles" to make you want to buy it????

I am a member of the Blake Society. See You here.

I give you the end of a golden string,
Only wind it into a ball:
It will lead you in at Heavens gate,
Built in Jerusalem’s wall.

William Blake, Jerusalem.

We have been meeting regularly in London since 1985, with monthly speakers including scholars, artists, writers, radicals and mystics."
