Manuh Graciano really interesting all of this !!!
Thanks Manuh,
No, if I remember correctly, it was just a cassette sleeve, with a punk-style recommendation, but with Greek roots. Since design is her field of expertise.
She consulted me before sending the mail art, asking if I had a way to listen to the 'old' cassettes she had found while 'cleaning up'... I think in the end she told me she would send the cassettes to Carl from Canada and Lau from Belgium.
So the actual audio recording most likely 'embarked' on a mail art adventure
P.S.
The colors in the photo aren't realistic because the material it's made of is a kind of hologram.
But there was a tape inside de jewelcase? Anyway, looks super cool, please share the recording whenever you can?
My audio experiences with received mail-art. Magie M. and Pedro B., although I don't remember it clearly as it was a long time ago (plus it's stored in another location, so I can't check right now).
For now, just photos from the archive.
