Event Description

There are two weeks left to send your Happy Birthday Mister Yeats themed postcard to be exhibited at Sligo City Hall during Yeats Day 2014. This Mail Art Project has generated a great deal of interest we are delighted that postcards are reaching us from exotic and far flung locations like Finland and Finglas, Brazil and Bohola, and of course Sligo! The closing date for receipt of postcards is 30 May. The works will be exhibited on 13 June. Submitted works will not be sold or returned and there is no entry fee. Pop a stamp on a postcard decorated with any medium you like and with the theme Happy Birthday Mister Yeats then post it to Yeats Day 2014 Mail Art Project, c/o Paul Murray, Kinnagrelly House, Collooney, County Sligo, Ireland
