Event Description

MURMURATION MAIL-ART PROJECT

  • What’s this ?

It’s an international collaborative artistic project that brings together artists, mail-artists, poets, as well as young collectives (from primary school to university).

Everyone is invited to create a mail-art bird and send it by post.

All the birds together will be exhibited as a murmuration in each partner exhibition location (galleries, schools, cultural spaces, etc.)

These birds will become a travelling exhibition like a bird migration.

There will also be free workshops where everyone can create a mail-art bird that will join the murmuration.

This project is free, non-profit, independant and non commercial.

Its aim is to make a creative emulation for mail-art, to promote creators, to share ideas of peace, fraternity and harmonie with nature
