Event Description

Folks, the Portland Community College needs paper, lots and lots of paper, to use in their collage making classes. They have magazines, so they don't need those. But any other kind of paper you might spare would be greatly appreciated. You know, the stuff we all hoard!

When I was teaching, I contacted lots of printers, not only large ones but smaller ones too. Explaining that I represented a school in an under privileged area...the good thing is I asked for rejects, off curs etc., what turned up ..heaps of coloured paper, and poster paper which was great for projects. Often this paper was odd sizes and shapes, for most people this was unwanted but suited me just fine. Mention off cuts.
