Introduction to the Wonderful World of DOUBLE ARTY SLIDES: Part 1

Bonjour!

What follows might be very obvious to you, and if it is forgive me for wasting your time.

If it isn't, it might open up new Arty Slide possibilities for you. I''ve been thinking about and producing Arty Slides for about a year now, have over 600 sitting in boxes in my Permanent Installation waiting to be exhibited, and thought that I could share one of my 'tricks of the trade' with you -- Double Arty Slides.

There are 13 photos tghat are supposed to be here BUT I CAN'T GET THEM IN THIS DISCUSSION SO THEY WILL HAVE TO COME IN PART 2 Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! And sorry!

This is the text that accompanies the photos.

1. Here is a 35 mm slide that you know and love so well. It has what I call a 'window' in the middle of it.

2. Now if you (carefully) cut open the slide it has 2 windows. This is a Vertical Double Arty Slide.

3. Turn it a different way and you have a Horizontal Double Arty Slide.
