Let me note the hiccup (good one Rob) again - Carl Baker has moved to edition #2 in the recent re-shuffling. Many apologies. I do second Cheryl's comment: Make sure you understand & are committed to the project before signing on. Even then, things happen & we have to adjust. As we can see, even a small pebble sends ripples through the stream or the whole spider web shakes or whatever. Thanks everyone.
