Botanical gel print first attempt

This was my first attempt at botanical gel printing. It took me 7 hours to get the hang of it.

It was fun so I will make more when I have a chance… 

What I used for the gel print, paint (acrylic paint, silkscreen paint, dye color ( I haven’t used a long time and keep in the box so I tried using )) , baren, a roller. Gras, weed, flower from my garden.

That works too, or shapes cut out and stipple brush, rubber stamp ink.  Have fun!!!

I am thinking to combine with stencils.

I too have just started exploring gel printing and love combining with rubber stamps.
