Mail Art has its own mailbox, open to the world

So, I went to the Post Office and extended the subscription of mailbox number 99 for another year. Mail Art requires sacrifice, and Post Office is greedy. Anyway, I paid them.

At least it is possible for you to pay and obtain a postal box ! In Serbia, postal box is free of charge, but only if you are receiving at least one piece of mail per a single working day. In other words, it is, plainly impossible to receive one piece of mail, so I can not subscribe to postal box anyway, since the rule of ``receiving at least 1 piece of mail each working day``  I can not fulfill ! If I don`t receive one piece of mail, then I don`t qualify for obtaining a postal box. Rule is simple. but unfair, I would say. So, I would be happy to pay 40 euros to obtain postal box, yet it will not happen under such a draconian rule.
