Incoming: Mystery Mail, Eiichi Matsuhashi, and Amy Candiotti

Mystery mail. Anyone know who sent this? uncancelled uk stamps, a mail art postmark stamp that says "Artist in Seine" but it looks to have been collaged onto the card from another envelope so I'm not sure if it is from AIS or just someone else in disguise?

A nice card from Eiichi. I think this is one of the first postcards I've ever received from him.
