Add & Pass booklet...who wants it?

I got a lovely 5.5 x 4.25 inch Add & Pass booklet in the mail. I don't usually take part in these; however, I am going to add to it and my husband will too. If you have wanted something like this, (and maybe never got one) please send me your address (in the US) and I will pass it on to you.
