Mail Call at General Correspondence!

Recently we received a request to share what goes in here at General Correspondence. What's really happening in suburban Illinois? Well, we at General Correspondence thought it best to share a day in the life of a mail artist. Today, leap year, 2024:

1) Marveled over Karen's tear correspondence (a mail art collaborative).
2) Played with that stack of odd ephemera, visualizing postcards and general what-not.
3) Indulging in my latest obsession, printing on stamp selvages (thanks for the stamps JB & Cathi!).
4) Snack time.
5) Going through my "kits," and deciding what to do with the leftovers. I could do a Random Post!
6)Oh my, that envelope! The text, the pattern, the itch! I just couldn't throw it in the recycle bin!

So there you have it, a typical day at General Correspondence.
