Marguerite, we need to get Val a scanner or something.  Your work sounds wonderful by the sound of Val, and it would be nice to see it for real.  Did by chance did you scan it before you sent it?

Another Bonjour! Another Thankyou! This time, Dear Marguerite, for the Pennsylvania Dutch card -- Old Fashioned Goodness, indeed, from you to me. I'm glad that you had a relaxing vacation. I seem to have been on vacation since I was retired -- note the tense -- about 10 years ago, but Art keeps me busy. I'll be mailing you something back by the end of the week.

Thanks again & regards, Val

Bonjour Mademoiselle!

Thank you for the nibbles all the way from Lancaster. They bvtasted nice, very nice indeed.

You say that it's very hot where you are, and I wonder how hot is hot?

Here' it's about 90° today, but there's a strong wind and that keeps things bearable;

I went to the beach for 3 hours this morning, and it's much, much cooler there (although th sea was freezing, well, cold).

I'll be sending you something back by the end of the week.

Don't melt away!

Bestest, Val

Bonjour Marguerite! Many thanks indeed for ther envelope full of 'party favours' goodies that you sent. There's some great stuff in there, raising the question should I pass (and add) or be selfish and keep for myself? Who knows?

I'm not going to open the lil packagae'Stamp a stamp' until the weekedn, and then perhaps I'll start carving my own faux postage. Quel faux!

I'll be mailing you something back soon.

Thanks again and bon weekend, Val

Bonjour Marguerite!

I got a lovely 'hot balloon' envelope from you today. I opened it very, very carefully because it was so pretty that i didn't want to destroy it, and then found inside.... a beautiful 'authentic vintage' postcard with all sorts of things collaged on it, and yet another hot air balloon.

Thank you very much for two (lucky me!) great pieces.

I'll be mailing you something back soon.

In the meantime, Bon Weekend and Regards,

Val
