So there I was sending off in the mail, 2 art postcards to you , (not in envelopes...let's see in what condition they will arrive?), dropping them in the mailbox at my corner, and then heading to the periptero (kiosk) to buy a few little things. Returning home, there in my apartment mail box is mail from YOU! Now that is not called "snail mail" :-)....great minds!

At 11:57am on February 11, 2010, tom said…: Thank you - Utrecht's was the art store we used when we were in Detroit - I haven't found my way to it in Minneapolis yet. Other than going to a ball game last year I haven't done much downtown. I have been learning my way around the Cities by getting lost - so, I have seen a lot of some parts of Minneapolis - and Joe took me around St. Paul - got to Good Books. My problem is most times we are there we get in late Friday night and leave Sunday mid-day. Saturday morning we work at a food shelter - so not much free time - but this spring or summer we should be there for a week. Utrechts for sure is on the list.

My last trip over to the Cities to visit my daughter and son-in-law I went to Dick Blick's - except it was gone. Finally located the new store in Edina and bought some art supplies including some for ATC - which I can probably use for mail art too. I'll watch the mail.
