Ziploc Mail-Art Mystery (Seattle, Washington, USA)

Mystery mail-art from Seattle, Washington, USA

October 11, 2014 - I received this really great mail-art, perhaps a little OCD, from Seattle. The text has been meticulously sewn on the black paper. At first, I thought Thom Courcelle sent it; but I think he left Seattle some time ago. Here's the reverse side:

The card came in a Ziploc bag:

Mysterious Karen Eliot mailings came from Seattle a little more than a year ago, but this doesn't look like a Neoist prank or something a Neoist would make. It's thoughtful and clever work. I'd like to be able to acknowledge who sent it. As ever in these cases, I feel like there is some obvious thing I am missing; but I just can't determine who sent it.
