What do you mean?  I was there! 

Lozt is only a frame of mind.  Actually the British lost, but the French made them believe that they had won.  Very clever us French people.

And i understand from the news that no French government officials attended the Waterloo event?

Happy it arrived with the bullets still in there. (but some of them went right through.  It was quite a full three days full of action for the 200th year of the Battle of Waterloo.  For a moment or two I thought the French were going to win and change the course of history.  But the History book on the shelf just repeated itself.Thank you for the wonderful blog.

PS And yes, N° 1000, the plans have been approved but now the workshop wants to take a summer vacation. Hold on, it will happen someday.  I think the title might be; "Order & Disorder"
