I found them in Lanzarote. One of the Canary Island. They are so big that they have musical concerts for 400 people in them. The one I saw was 4 miles long and then continued under the sea.

I hadn't heard of lava tubes so I had to go and look it up. Fascinating. It seems there are lava tubes on the moon and Mars, as well as earth. Where did you see them?
