Suomi enigma postcards - from Atte Ourie

Atte very kindly sent two of his (her?) signature postcards at once. I thought that with double the clues I could hack it and solve the puzzle, but then :-)) .... I think his (her?) postcards are meant to be and to remain an enigma, and it's perfect this way. Thank you so much Atte!
