I wrote ''regarding that particular note'' (on the photo) In case that 1000 dinars note is ''mint'' or even ''nearly mint'' it would fetch some nice price, for sure. Another thing is, 1000 dinars note hold record for being most circulated Yugoslav banknote of all times. It is not really rare, I still have 1 or 2 somewhere, but my copies are far from ''mint''

Well, not totally worthless.  A group of 1963-series notes; 3-100s, 3-500s, and 3-1000s sold for $43.00 in a 2017 auction.

Yes, what Predrag says is correct. Even when it existed, many didn't seem to know that Yugoslavia was an independent socialist state.

One can hardly call ''Soviet era dinars'' since former Yugoslavia broke the ties with former USSR in 1948. Regarding that particular banknote, it is worthless now (was in circulation during 70's until late 80's.

In Yugoslavia, we didn't have ''Soviet era'' and we were very different from other ''Eastern Europe'' that's for sure!
