Sabine send me this wonderful response to a piece I sent her. Great stamp work. Love the Mailart positive and negative stamp. And she asks if "USA Forever" on our postage stamps is a reflection of an "America First" mentality. I'm happy to say it is not. "Forever" on American postage stamps just means that,  no matter when you purchase them, they will always remain good first class postage. So, when we learn that our postage rates are going to increase, we always buy as many as we can afford at the current "forever" rate.

But it's natural you might think it means something nationalistic, with our current dictator hand in hand with Putin. But, that's another story.
