Push Passed by Valentine Mark Herman, France/England--Darlington Ticket with Spectators

What more can a football team hope for than to be cheered on by the Queen and her subjects (cock-a-doodle-doo!). A fun piece. Thanks, Val.

Thanks Bifidus, The stadium is the national Rugby one in Paris -- Stade de France. Darlington FC's is a little bit more modest, but still outrageous given the current non-league status of the club. (There is a story her, but not for now.)

Dear Katerina, Queen Liz, who is now i think 84, ALWAYS looks young on her stamps and coins, because she has never agreed to change the images of the young Queen that were adopted when she came to the throne. The portrait on the stamp, by Albert Machin, is a 'new' young Queen, that replaced the previous young Queen stamps designed by Elizabeth Wilding. Her Majesty never ages.

Regards, Peter Pan
