Moon stamp and postmarked from Finnbadger

Fantastic new MOON USA postage stamp,

Mail art from the USA is beginning to arrive with this "circle" stamp, yay!

Perhaps it is postmarked Feb.29, but hard to tell for sure:

Finnbadger did a Fabulous job of creating a Greek envelope

with BLUE and white edges

For years, mail art from Greece came in the familiar blue 'n white

envelopes with "air mail" "par avion" in the lower corner: ΑΕΡΟΠΟΡΙΚΩΣ.

and they were ideally light weight, so the mail card(s) could be heavy and 

generously stuffed inside and still not pass 20 gr!

Ah, but the company , I was told by a few shops, closed 

and there were no longer these envelopes available on the market.

Aha! Until last week, when I was in the old market area of Thess, 

there is an old office supply shop there, and the nice lady had a 

whole BOX full of them:

Soooooooooooooooo, watch for mail art from Greece,in BLUE and white:-)

I tried to get the 29 to show up by playing around in photoshop. Not easy, but it is there if you squint a little :)
