Thanks for the response - the envelope color and size (15 x 9cm) reminds me of the past. Is that an IBM Selectric?
Enclosed was a flyer from the 1980s by Istvan Kantor, which you can see more of on the Niels Lomholt Mailart Archive:
Also a bill for ONE ton of FLAX:
...and a note in response to a letter/flyer I sent earlier:

Miss Noma is a CAPITALIST
I like the sentence "The Great Confusion is alive"......
I have been in contact with Miss Noma and the story is that Donn Zack (David's brother) is mooching again and Ms. Moan instructs me to send a letter to [Donn]. The Great Confusion is alive.
I am taking the liberty of posting a response to the piece above that results from a query I placed in a Neoist group on FB. That tENTATIVELY, a cONVENIENCE is the author, I have no doubt:
"That's [m-a above received by Borderline Grafix] an announcement historifying the 1st collaborations that the Krononautic Organism did w/ Monty Cantsin (Istvan Kantor) when he came to BalTimOre in Dec, 1980. 'Por Ekzemplo' is my touch - that's 'For Example' in Esperanto. Richard, the founder of the Krononauts, had a typewriter that only typed caps - we used it for many things at that time. The PO Box was the box that Cathy Gayhardt had used & then passed on to Richard & me. I used it until about 2001 when the person I entrusted w/ paying for it flaked on me. The language under the 'Por Ekzemplo' part was provided by me. The initial statement was Istvan's filtered through people who spoke Engilsh as a 1st language. At the time, Istvan's 1st language was Magyar (Hungarian) & his 2nd language was Francais ( he was living in Montreal). His 3rd language was English & he was still working on that one. Zack had nothing to do w/ this. Zack didn't come to BalTimOre until '81 APT. (the 3rd Apt Fest) wch I organized in May & June 1981. I can tell you much more but that's probably enough for now/ I have copies of this mailing too."
Kind of closes the case, no? Other than how on earth did this get to BG in 2015? Time travel, indeed.
In the context of MISS NOMA, it is interesting that tENT states: "Richard, the founder of the Krononauts, had a typewriter that only typed caps -"
For me, Neoism has always been a maze that only leads to other mazes before the trail runs dry, but we do - probably- have some clarity on this piece.
OK, IT is all IN here:
https://books.google.com/books?id=2IebEqwtjY8C&pg=PT73&lpg=...
I am still trying to figure out what IT is.
I would appreciate any clarification anyone can provide. BG, says this is by Istvan Kantor (Monty Cantsin).
When I think of Neoism & Baltimore I think of tENTATIVELY, a cONVENIENCE. tENT was involved w/a Krononautic Society (time travelers), which could be a reference in the missive above.
