Mini boekie from Manoir aux Visons...Marie Wintzer in Japan

It arrived in a colorful hand made envelope, fun Japanese images

and beautiful postage stamps, as always!

It is a mere 8 x 9 cm (3 x 3.5 inches), but is overflows with "folded" poetry!

Titled: "The Woof of Sie"

and Marie cleverly folds text to create wonderful and fascinating poetry.

Her hand writting repeats and emphasizes the beauty of the words:

From the adventures of "Peter", how very special!

Just a tiny boekie...made from folding and gluing a page of an old MAP!

Barely reading the town names of "Kadjalla" and "Kande", goole maps

tells me it is of Togo, near Ghana on the West African coast.

What a treasure! Thank you dearly, Marie! xxx

Mmm, might try the careful knife technique...

it is a vintage map for sure, will be very careful!

Very meditative readings...

and special 'cause son's name is Peter!

I couldn't tear open the pages to see the entire map...

the paper is so thin, it would rip to shreds me fear.

Yes, Peter! Isn't that perfect?

I used a knife to pry it open, no damage done, Marie will never know...
