So it stood in front of me like a Space Ship from Mars.  "What do I do now?", I asked myself.

You would expect Jam in a jar like this, but Marie takes it one step further.

103 is the lucky number !  

Marie uses pieces often constructed from the discards of  contemporary Japanese culture which are incorporated into the construct
in order to be perceived  in a formistic way yet retaining the recognizable original character as well.
