Maya López Muro of the Il Graffiacielo Art Studio in Italy, César Reglero Campos of Taller del Sol in Spain and Ruggero Maggi who runs the Amazon Archive created – rather symbolically – the International Organization of Mail Artists (IOMA), and in September 2023 they started the project
