Mail In Male Out - ha! MAIL on View - its all in the Poetry of the Visual

This is my  January In box so far.  MANY thanks for all the  mail - I will be replying to EVERYONE as you know :-)

Mail on its way - INCLUDING 14 copies for VISPO book 2 from John Bennett and I

I think Vispo is in the air - so from my FAB pile I am posting some Visual Poetry received bearing in mind the collaborative books on the go:

From Samuel Montalvetti (Argentina) - a series of mini vispo artists books:

Inside View - black and white beauty :

Words afloat. Words in Color.

From Reed Altemus - a series of VISPO works, 6, numbered 29/30.

What should I read (Reed) next? An original collage.

From Dr Baron Joseph A. Uphoff, Jr. (Colorado) - my first package from the Arjuna Library. This piece is from the Journal of Regional Criticism.

"There might have been a moment of uneasiness

when everything listening heard everybody

speaking and employing other forms of rhetoric

such as broadcasting  or sports cars

racing. Pushing all the right buttons...

- thank you!

From John Bennett:

I obviously CANT leave out the Bar Code from Dean Marks - it survived intact - that in itself is not small feat. LinePo? You heard it hear first! OK HERE!!! :-))))

From Diane Keys - weirdly this piece was lost in the mail, but was resent and is no longer a loss lost :-). While the paint gently weeps.

From Angie Cope - the photograph belies its size - this is an ATC which employs vispo and architecture - my current favorite subjects :-)

From Svenha Wahl - a wonderful play of image and text - stepping over the stones of your heart and mind.

I cant leave out one of my FAV's - Guido Vermeulen - "How to move a rock when you are hungry"

Or Katerina of course :-) I thought # 405 of 365 qualified as vispo :-))!

ZALOP comes in chocolate too :-)) - from Heleen da Vaan - Heleen - chocolate VISPO - each letter is a separate box of chocolate. It comes with a warning - Content Maybe Melts * only exception: When you eat it immediately :-). A ZALOP Chocolate Performance - a first for sure :-) X

From Erni - aka Choctea - a LARGE package - I'm putting it in the SWEEEEET section. It arrived very late December, but I'm sneaking it in here too.

A FAB book of here - right here! Anyone for Roast Duck?

Just in case you were interested to know what is in some of your envelopes - I cut up another book.

And another painting

The Reed Altemus piece is fantastic. Is that just "typewriter art" or is it photoshop? Did he explain? Anyway, nice blog.

What a beautiful haul! Where to begin? Wow...definitely Vispo is here and there and everywhere.

You have some great treasures there, CP! Now I can't wait to see the deconstructed boekie piece.

I don't even know where to start with this Goodibox! Vispo is definitely in the air and it's a great fragrance even from miles away when I see this. Most of them are vispo with a touch of something else like asemics or concrete po or linepo :-)) and that's great!
