Mail Art on the top of the Eiffel Tower, Dean Marks

I asked Dean to draw his own fantasy art space ...
Dean has not drawn, but spoken of his fantasy art space, the answer is the Eiffel Tower! I quote Dean: "But one day we shall make Mail Art on the top of the Eiffel Tower". Wonderful idea and wonderful art, thank you Dean!

Too late for rules now...
PS Do not panic, I will send you some quick drawing instructions...
